A Vain Attempt is continuously stretching the limits of the entire emo/screamo industry. By combining Marcus's gut wrenching screams, with the melodic harmonies, and strong variety of sounds from Rikard, as well as the catchy pedal-to-the-metal guitar riffs from Tim and Marcus. Backed up by the thundering bass line provided by Oskar, and powerful stylistic drumming of Daniel, A Vain Attempt are a sight for sore eyes of the industry. It will be no surprise when they take the emo/screamo scene by force! Silverstein, The Used, and Alexisonfire had better watch out!
